Quick Summary

Sustained GH elevation — the foundation of any GH optimization stack

Also called: CJC-1295 DAC, CJC-1295 no DAC, Modified GRF 1-29

What is CJC-1295?

CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) that stimulates the pituitary gland to produce and release growth hormone. Available in two forms: CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) which has a half-life of 6–8 days, and CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Modified GRF 1-29) which has a shorter half-life of 30 minutes, more closely mimicking natural GH pulses.

How It's Made

CJC-1295 is a synthetic 30-amino acid peptide analog of GHRH. The DAC version includes a lysine linker that binds to albumin in the blood, dramatically extending its half-life. Both forms are produced via solid-phase peptide synthesis.
